Here's an easy delicious recipe for a lazy weekend!
You Need: vegetables* you want (i prefer yellow, red and green peppers and mushrooms) + pizza sauce+ goat cheese- as much as you like, wheat pizza base+basil leaves
What you do:
Bake the base in the oven at 180C for 3-4 mins and pull it out
Spread the sauce and add all the veggies on the toasted base
Top it with goat cheese and basil leaves
Bake the pizza with toppings for 15 mins and VOILA!
Pizza sauce, you need: tomato puree- made out of 2 tomatoes +2 garlic cloves +a handful of basil leaves +salt and some fresh rosemary+ 1 cup of water
Cook the above ingredients for 8-10 mins and until the sauce thickens, this concoction can be cooled and stored in the refrigerator for about a week. You cab use this sauce for pastas as well.
(*add
chicken/minced lamb instead of veggies if you like meat more, remember
to saute these in a little bit of olive oil with some salt)
