I copied the name from a friend who markets a particular brand of wine. However, I thought it was a very apt title for what my mother in law worked on few days ago. These two lovely pieces of art are about ten days old. I have already walked you guys through making your own terrarium. If you missed that episode- you can catch it here.

The first time I saw one of these I knew I wanted it {don't judge greedy me}. It was a couple a years ago that I laid my eyes on this piece of art or concept so to say. There are multiple reasons why I wanted it - one, the proceeds go to charity {mother T moment}; two- they are gorgeous; three; it is a great collectors piece and there is one for everybody. You can find out more about it on facebook or log on to their website. There are golfers, cooks, nurses, doctors, singers,......poets- maybe!
Here's my very own and my very first. This one is a Moo Potter, it comes under the food, wine and kitchen collection. See here for more details.
And she went up into my bar!!!
Who is CowParade?

Why Cows?
This is a popular question. Simply, the cow is a universally beloved
animal. The cow represents different things to different people around
the world-she's sacred, she's historical, she connects us to our
past-but the common feeling is one of affection. There is something
magical about the cow that transcends throughout the world. She simply
makes everyone smile.
As an art canvas, there is no other animal or object that provides
the form, flexibility, and contiguous breadth of a cow. The three
shapes (standing, grazing, reclining) provide artists with subtle, yet
interesting angles and curves to create unique works of art. The basic
cow form is also benign so that it can be altered, transformed, and
morphed into completely other animals, people or objects. Incredibly,
over 2500 hundred Cows have been created worldwide, but no two are
alike.

I have always found the most amazing things at flea markets for my home in the last decade {i'm not that old, just like to think i'm very profound}. You guys know me by now- it gives me such a high to put eclectic things togther and make a space look *enchanting* {it is the Saturday Mimosa, that's throwing all these words in}
On a serious note, I was browsing through flea market finds and how they have been used all around the world. I found a bunch of awesomeness. Pure eye candy I must add.

Interesting Fact: The ideal wine storage temperature is 13°C. And this makes sense not because this has been proven scientifically- but historically; wine storage in France is typically in caves and the
natural underground temperature is around 13°C.
Compact/Well designed WINE BAR! Really liked the attention to detail and the chalk ceiling. Remember our version of chalk and therapy.
Have a place in mind that caught your attention, want me to blog about it?
Let me know.

White Butterfly
You know how we/I are/am about simple things that make your house/office/pad awesome. Here's a perfect example of the how the simplest of things adds so much beauty. I happened to see butterflies pasted all over Brussels the two days I was there and when I did dug deep - super interesting. This artist is pasting paper cut butterflies all over the city. He has a MSG and he is India now. He has been done this in Paris, Barcelona....the list goeson. Find out more here. All I know is even a little paper cut butterfly made the central station gorgeous regardeless of how long they lasted.
